BREATHE AND LIFE – SPAN

BREATHE AND LIFE – SPAN By: Utkarsh Hello friends, today in the morning, I was just thinking why the dogs have the lifespan of 10-15 years while tortoise has the lifespan of 250-300 years. I was thinking this only when one of my friends told me that if the dogs would breathe slowly, they would live a longer life. Life is directly or indirectly dependent on the breathing velocity. From this, we can understand that the God had given us the fixed number of breaths and it is in our hands, how we use it. Either we breath fast and decrease our lifespan or we breathe slow and increase our lifespan. Do you know, why we say ‘cool down’ to a person who is very angry at someone? It is because when he is angry, he will breathe faster than the normal breath and will consume his total breathes faster than usual. We should always breathe deeply and slowly. Benefits of deep conscious breathing are— 1. Breath=Life. 2. Deep Breath=Less Stress and Better Digestion=Less Inflammati

POST AND ITS MISUSES

POST AND ITS MISUSES By: Utkarsh Hello friends, today I will discuss an incident that happened today in the class in a free period, from this I was inspired to write on the topic “Post and its misuses”. In our class, 7 to 8 people are made in charge in various fields, for example, someone is for maintaining the blackboard, another is for switching off electric appliance which is not in use, and other is for maintaining TATA Class Edge, etc. Usually, when there is no one in the class, means it is a free period, either we go in the computer lab or we sit in the class and do our work. Sometimes, we see our chapter related videos and explanations or diagrams on smart board. So, whenever we want (maximum time boys do) we see the videos and explanations, etc. In our class, there is a boy for maintaining (switching on and off) the TATA Class Edge named S. Rai (imaginary name). Whenever he wants, he searches for the videos he wants to see or use smart board just for fun or for usi

What If Humans Would Be Poached Like A Tiger By Animals?

What If Humans Would Be Poached Like A Tiger By Animals? By: Utkarsh Hello friends, today when I was in school and sitting with one of my friend in the class than a type of discussion happened between me and her in which she was Thinking that if she would poach one of our classmates, what are the things which can be sold and we can earn a good amount of money, this forced to think me, “What If Humans Would Be Poached Like A Tiger By Animals?”, I think the topic is clear to you, but if not, I am telling you, it means, like hunters hunt tigers, elephant and other animals for making various products and also smuggled to China, so what if we, the humans, were poached like  a Tiger by Animals,   Let’s start... Today in the English period, when our subject teacher, started a chapter in English literature, “Mrs. Packletide’s Tiger by Saki” and when she was showing a video on how the tigers are poached in India and also smuggled to China, as the natural cream and medicines there are

Game and Sports Field - A Natural Laboratory By: Utkarsh Usually, when you, the students are in school and attending a period of a subject and you know, that the next period is of games, then you are in the game but your body is in class, So, what happens when the bell rings and the period changes? You just wait for either current teacher to go or game teacher to come, right? When you all reach the cricket ground, you just go in your world of, say, Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and much more, but do you know, what I do…, How you can know, just wait, I’m telling… Whenever I go into the field, I just walk here and there, and connect, link Physics, Biology, Chemistry and now onward Maths to the real life and the games played by my classmates. Can you relate these subjects to real life, yes, why not? I can see, A positive parabola(Polynomial) made when a batsman hits the ball, a negative parabola(Polynomial) made when my friends are dribbling the basketball, I can

The day before the results of Class 9th. By: Utkarsh Pandey Hello everyone, today is the day when everyone waits for their results. Many of them would discuss on their final exams papers but in our school, everything is just opposite, someone is playing football, volleyball, basketball or is busy in other activities. Many are going to the outdoor visit to TATA MOTORS, river cleaning, etc. Their expression on the face doesn't shows the frightening fear of the exam results. While if I talk about myself, I know, my papers which I had given will not give me the sufficient marks and I would get C grade overall. So, from now, I will follow only some of good thoughts that are given below:- Never believe on tomorrow Life is all about the second chance Believe on yourself and never believe on others. Never be dependent on others for completing course and other important works. Even till now, I had not reported the marks and the result day to my parents. I know, they wil
